nella root del tuo sito crea una directory tmp e dagli i permessi a 777.
Il file includes/configure.php invece dagli i permessi a 644. Dovresti aver risolto.
Come ti ha gia' consigliato hsg26 devi creare una cartella /tmp/ nella root del disco infatti il messaggio ti dice "non hai i permessi oppure non esiste la cartella" ricorda che in questa cartella devi avere la possibilita' di scrittura.
