Apache e accessi

Ciao a tutti,..
Chiedevo se esiste un modo, nella configurazione di Apache, per "chiudere" una richiesta al server dopo "x" errori di "Page not Found" oppure "File does not exist".
Chiedo questo per evitare consumi inutili di banda ai simpaticoni che fanno questo tipo di cose:
