Duplicazioni in My Store.

Ancora un problema, purtroppo.
Andando nel pannello di configurazione mi appaiono, in My Store, tutte le righe duplicate!!
Non so come sia potuto accadere e, quindi, non ho idea di come possano essere tolte quelle inutili (e poi quali sono quelle inutili?!?).
Qualcuno ha un'idea?

Credo che sia colpa di queste duplicazioni se, spesso, sia durante la navigazione nel sito che nelle pagine di amministrazione dello stesso mi appare l'errore 1062 (Duplicate .....).
Possibile che nessuno possa aiutarmi?
Immagino che bisogni eliminare delle tabelle in Sql, ma come, e quali?

Credo di aver capito che l'errore risiede nel file configuration.php di admin
In qualche modo è lì che vengono generate 2 volte le righe di "My Store".
Per qualcuno di buona volontà posto di seguito il mio file configuration.php presente sotto la cartella admin.
