Piccolo aiuto per cambio colore

Salve, stavo facendo delle prove su un'altro mio sito nel cambiare il colore degli sfondi da bianchi in neri e le scritte da nere a gialle, dopo aver modificato interamente il template mi ritrovo con un problema nel
modulo contattaci, in pratica solo nel modulo dove si scrive, mi appare il testo giallo e non riesco ad impostarlo sul nero....come faccio? lo stesso problema si presenta anche nei commenti che chiede durante l'ordine.
posto anche il codice, ho modificato anche qualche classe.
